Believe it or not, it’s possible to heal your teeth without a trip to the dentist. Just a year and a half ago, I was skeptical about this idea. I used to think that cavities always meant a mandatory visit to the dentist to keep things from getting worse. It turns out, there’s a natural way to handle cavities and tooth decay.
